i need a finace\accountancy\ website made up.
it needs to be colourful with maybe a little flash \ rollover links
i need it made as a template (1 page) that i can use to add more pages
i can not do code so it needs to be made in htm that i can edit easily with frontpage.
the header and links will be the same on every page.
links need to be renameable
