Online Course Support plus List Building

I need support for an online course I am currently producing, that will be ready to launch in September.
I need support in three main areas.
1. List building. I need to make better use of my existing social media and email marketing to increase my email list of engaged followers to around 5,000, to whom, I can introduce and sell the online course.
2. Support in the run-up to launching the course including, setting up drip content, live classes, using Facebook very effectively, automated emails: plus setting up, hosting and and running webinars to promote, market and sell the online course in September: plus producing and delivering live support during webinars.
3. Virtual help and support through the online marketing and launch phases of marketing and selling the online course.
Software I will likely be using includes, Teachable, Screenflow, Camtasia, Wishlist, Samcart etc. - plus hosting videos on Vimeo and files on Amazon S3.
You will have solid, demonstrable experience of setting up online courses using similar types of software I have listed.
