I am looking for a freelancer to conduct a small data analysis project using descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis should be conducted in Excel, and the dataset consists of small-sized data with 2000 rows and 7 columns of data.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Strong understanding of analysis techniques
- Experience working with medium-sized datasets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing and interpreting data
If you have experience in conducting descriptive analysis in Excel and are comfortable working with medium-sized datasets, please submit your proposal for this project.
About the project:
Datasets:
1. 4 Quarters of Historical Conversion Rates from # Contacts to Closed Won
2. 2 Months of Opportunities that Reached S2
Based on the data there will be two deliverables:
1. Updated Excel Working Sheet, creating new summary sheet with all works used to answer the questions/prepare content for the slides
2. 2 Slides of Analysis, format below:
a. Slide 1: Key Data Points & Methodology
Tell us how you did the analysis
What methodology did you use? Why that methodology and what other methodologies did you think about but didn’t use?
What, if any, challenges did you run into and how did you handle them?
What assumptions did you have to make with the data?
What other information would have been useful to have? Why?
Did any interesting trends present themselves? If so, what were they?
b. Slide 2: Recommendations to the BusinessBased on the analysis:
What is the productivity by rep type?
How many additional reps do we need to hire?
How many contacts do we need?
Any other recommendations you want to make based on the data?
What didn’t we ask but is worth calling out?
