Searching for target websites

I’m looking for a professional with excellent Internet searching skills and great attitude to work.
The background in economics or financing is a plus but not a must.
Your task is to find websites (platforms) where companies (start-ups or developed companies) looking for investments or financing are posting their projects. There are some aspects that you need to know:
1) It should NOT be the crowdfunding platforms;
2) The target industry is Hi-Tech (IT, AI etc.)
Hi-Tech is the Top priority, but other industries projects I need also. So the quality of the website will be evaluated according to the amount of hi-tech projects on the website.
Here is the example of the good quality website:
