I need an experienced electrical engineer to assist in the installation of a 250kVA transformer in Ethiopia. The main goal of this project is to determine the cost of using this transformer, specifically the cost per kilowatt hour (kWh) in the area.

Key Tasks:

- Rental cost of land (a empty lot) suitable for bitcoin mining

- Calculate the total cost of installing a 250kVA transformer
