1. Use "Min Order Qty (MOQ)", "Delivery charge if MOQ not met" and "Delivery Timeframe" in Vendor Profile additional fields and use this value to check and verify in the shopping cart during checkout.
2. Will show an alert note under "Vendor Name" if total same Vendor items are less than total $ required and will show "Delivery charge if MOQ was not met" to be paid.
3. The user still can proceed to checkout and pay "Delivery charge if MOQ was not met" amount if the item value is less than "Min Order Qty (MOQ)". This additional Delivery charge is added into Final Total during checkout.
4. Show the "Delivery Timeframe" in the shopping cart under "Vendor Name" below the Vendor name shown.
