Looking for the Fastest way to insert data into an Sql Server Database using ASP.NET Core or/and Angular. I would like to create an Web application that will allow the users to load the data from different files to SQL Database different tables. This is for college, each users or departments can have access to single or multiple tables in SQL Server database, they will be required to login using Active directory. It will show the tables based on their authentication, they can select the file from their computer, and use the web app to load the data into SQL Server table. There needs to be audit table which will keep the logs.
We will require documentation related to the code.
User side
• User login to the application. (Active Directory)
• User can see the drop down for the tables where user can load the file. If user have access to 1 table, user will see only 1 table, if user have access to multiple tables, user will see multiple tables.
• After selecting table, user can view or download existing data or select to load new data.
• Once user select load data button, it will allow user to choose file from computer (txt, csv or excel), and then user can match the columns and load the data to the application. If you are having issue with the txt files, you can remove that and allow users manually insert data.
• Upon loading the data, user and admin will get confirmation that new data is loaded into the table via an application.
• If there is an issue, such as user is loading bad data, such as varchar in date field, user will get an error and user can send error to admins.
Admin part:
• Admin have full access to the application and all tables.
• Admin can assign or remove the user’s access to a single or multiple table.
• User must not be able to view admin page.
Will require documentation and code transfer so visual studio won't say it was created by different person or user
