Design changes to responsive version (mobile) of Wordpress website

I need the following alterations made to improve the presentation (PLEASE RED THE ATTACHED BRIEF, IT INCLUDES SCREEN SHOTS):
1) Make the logo bigger (from mobile view only)
2) Add in the opening times in header (currently this disappears).
3) Make the phone number and email / opening times central (and remove social media icons from mobile view only).
4) Keep the revolution slider banners in proportion in mobile view.
