Create list of book review sites and parenting blogs

I have recently published a kids e-book on IOS and Amazon.
I would like someone to put together two databases for me.
The first one will be a list of book review sites. These must accept e-books for review. The following information should be included for each:
- Website name
- Website address
- Submission page link
- Site popularity (as claimed on site)
- Are reviews free or paid (if paid how much?)
- Submission requirements, ie: what info is needed, are any images needed, sizes required etc, do they prefer IOS or Android?
- Contact email (if available)
The second will be a list of parenting blogs that may publish a kids book review. The information needed for this will be similar:
- Website name
- Website address
- Site popularity (as claimed on site)
- Brief blurb about site
- Contact name (if available)
- Contact email (if available)
- Or Submission/enquiry page link
- Process for submitting things for review
- Are reviews free or paid (if paid how much?)
- If paid, what is included in cost?
I would like a minimum of 50 sites in each database.
Extra info:
The book is aimed at young children: 2-8 years of age, so sites should be appropriate for parents of that market.

The book review sites should focus on free and low cost reviews, unless the site has amazing traffic.
Parenting sites should note in the about column if they have book reviews on there already, or if they have quite high traffic with the potential for book reviews.
