Compress 355 shapefiles into zip archives

I have a folder with 355 shapefiles (each file includes 5 separate files). Each shapefile has a different numerical name. Each of the individual files has the same name but a different suffix (.shp, .shx, .dbf, .prj, .qpj). See attached image. I need each shapefile with its 5 component files compressed into it's own zip archive and given the numerical name of the files.
