i have an amazon webstore that allows me to upload overwrite CSS file to overwrite the default css settings

i need a css file making that i can upload that will make the top of my site static an example can be seen at [url removed, login to view]

the top black line is always static at the top of the page when you scroll.

my site is at [url removed, login to view]

i need the position of some of the items at the top moving and then i want the red drop down menu and everything above it to remain static as user scroll down the page. picture will be provided to show what the finished results will be.
