solution for searching a Model in an Image (both Bitmaps Or OpenCv MAT)

NOT Using cross correlation

Using vectors/contours to locate the model position & scaling & score

PC Windows Desktop platform , C++/C#/GPU

Since it's running in a very intensive at ~1bg/second

search time is crucial - and the example attached

First small model - search time 2msec

Second Bigger Model - search time 12ms
