I need an experienced legal adviser for my product liability case. I will file a complaint in the appropriate federal district court.

The defective product, a known to be defective and recalled laptop battery, caused 2nd degree burns. The defendants are Fry’s Electronics (retailer), Fujitsu (laptop manufacturer, Tokyo Marine (Fujitsu insurer), and Sony (battery manufacturer).

The complaint must be prepared so that I can file pro se and the complaint must meet all local, state and federal requirements.

Turn around time is 5 days from award of project.

Successful bidder MUST have references and relevant, comparable experience.

I prefer to select a bidder who can generate additional legal filings for me as the case progresses.

Provide sample legal brief(s) and client references with bid.
