Thermocol bricks manufacturing

Requirement 1: Chemical enhancement of thermocol bricks for attaining durability and chemical inertness. Suggestions of the freelancer should be suitable for mass production and the manufacturer should be able to realize the commercial gains.

Project 1: Manufacturing of thermocol blocks from scrap thermocol and these are used as bricks (green building material) in construction.

Design Mix is as follows: 1-cement, 1-robosand, 5-crushed scrap thermocol, all by volume; This is the foamcrete.

The mix is prepared, like how it is prepared for a normal concrete, by mixing the ingredients with water till good workability is attained and is laid through cuboidal molds [12" x 6" x 4"] & are left to cure by watering them later on. These bricks have nearly 33% compression strength as that of conventional red bricks; yet these are suitable to be used as bricks for walls in framed structural buildings.

This thermocol mix (foamcrete) can also be used as an insulation material on roof tops - As thermocol is a good insulator, it provides a good cooling effect to the roof surface/shed roof.

The foamcrete/bricks are strong, lighter in weight and are made from scrap thermocol making this a green building product (they weigh less than 40% of the weight of the conventional red brick). 70 - 80% of this brick material is waste put to re-use, making this an environmentally friendly product.

Requirement 2: Chemical enhancement of thermocol as a glue. Elimination of detestful odors while making the glue and infuse a good shelf life for the glue/adhesive thus formed.

Project 2: Scrap thermocol when mixed with petrol forms an adorable adhesive similar to fevicol. Can there be any alternative to petrol (as in recent times it has become expensive)?

Premise: Thermocol can have an alternative utilization as a glue/adhesive, which can be used in several industries like carpentry & craft works, etc replacing fevicol.
