EAbay API implementation

I need an Ebay object developed that will take in the ebay credentials and will implement the entire Ebay API (with the exception of Alerts). This includes the Search, Selling, Buying, and Users API.

The project will need a Winforms application that will create the object, and call EACH API with the parameters needed.

This project must be done in Visual Studio 2008 using C# and 3.5 .net framework.

I would prefer a developer that has experience with the EBAY API with a working code base.

I need to integrate with my Ebay store. Can the API's manage products, inventory ect in a Ebay Store?
