Unfortunately, the last freelancer which was hired, couldn't complete the project so now my time and money are wasted and now I am looking for someone who can do it very fast (Inside a week) and in low budget.
The objective is "TO CONVERT JAVA CODE TO C CODE NOT C++ AND IT SHOULD COMPILE AND RUN SUCCESSFULLY AS JAVA CODE DOES"
So please go through the files before bidding and TELL ME THE VALUE OF FILES x and y (This is to make sure you have gone through the files)
Those who will not give me the correct values will be ignored.

Folder name EMPORDA : emporda (x files) + GiciLibs (y files) (both folder need to be converted)
Although, It is straight forward conversion but you will be expecting to write some new classes which is not present in C but present in java but there are some existing C libraries for images so you can use them.

Write a new code for C or convert it from java to C but conversion is not the task instead successfully compiling and running the algorithm which is implemented in java is the task.
Everything is included in this file.
I have run this on Eclipse Kepler.
The C code should be run on DevC++ compiler or Ecilpse C IDE(preffered) as well as other. (will finalize later after awarding)
The C code should be portable.
I will give sample to compress and decompress which will be in *.raw format in order to check weather the code is working or not.
And I am looking for someone who is more communicative and reachable and will be expecting daily progress.
