Redesign an apartment

I need some plan ideas for the attached CAD file. The file has already a plan inside of it with walls, but feel free to change it completely and all the walls inside are removable as well.
These are my requirements for the plans:
- 3 bedrooms
* Preferably one of them to master with bathroom and walk-in closet
* One of them to be guest bedroom which should be normal enough for a bed and a closet
* And one of the bedrooms to have enough space for 2 single large beds
- Kitchen with enough space for an island (Preferably open) and preferably a small storage room inside of it
- Minimum 2 bathrooms, all with shower and no tubs
- Laundry room
- Living room to be located in the 42.1 sqm area shown on the plan
