Juice Bar (Pure Green)

Opening a juice bar in Phoenix AZ. Located in Arcadia Towne Center and seeking a local architect to assist in that goal. Franchise" Pure Green" preliminary layout already provided by architects under franchise for the 700SF Space. Local team will be more of a code compliance and Arch of Record role to make sure local building codes and ADA codes are upheld, preparing permit ready docs, as well as construction oversight to ensure the GC keeps tolerances and finishes to match Pure Green specifications.

- Oetee (Pure Green Architect & design team) is responsible for the store layout and interior design of the store, including sizes, material finishes etc. We are not licensed architects in AZ and therefore cannot submit for permits.

-Each store requires a local licensed architect who understands the permit process in your area and can help expedite that process for you. Their responsibility will be to produce stamped drawing set showing all plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction work that needs to be completed to turn the space into a pure green.

-Drawing set will then be submitted and approved by the city so that your contractor can then begin work in the space based on those plans. Your architect can use our CAD file and then input their own information based on what’s required by code. This should help them better understand their scope

-Construction documents really only need to include demo and new drywall work. I would imagine the plumbing, HVAC and electrical details should be included in the MEP scope. Schematic Design and Design Development are what is provided by Oetee.

-The store is very tight so final field dimensions from your architect will be critical on this one. Please share with them and get back to us with any changes or notes they may have. If everything looks up to code we can start to finalize the plan and move on to fabrication drawings etc.
