Webpage with graphics and sign up

This project requires one or two webpages with stunning graphics to capture the attention of people who are serious about losing weight and compelled to sign up online.

The basic functionality of the page is:

* Have a sign up form (Name, Email Address,Region (by Country)and ID of person who owns the web page (re-seller)

* This information is recorded in the table (database already exists)

* User clicks Paypal Buy Now button - merchant account already in place

* Upon confirmation of the payment being made, the user is displayed a message that the download instructions will be sent to their email address. Record payment in the table also.

* Email instruction is to contain the user's username (login with email) and password (generated by us and can be as simple as first six characters of email address + Record Number generated by MSSQL) but open to other suggestions

* Link will take user to the download page. User logins with username and password (verify in the table) User saves the zip file to their own drive.

This is the basic functionality and also requires a graphic of a book with the title of the book being The POP Way to Weight Loss

this must be written in ASP.NET (2.0) and the database is in MSSQL 2000. I have posted this project a few weeks ago and for some reason, the person who took this role on has not been back in contact despite starting the project and upfront deposit made. This was urgent two weeks ago and is desperately urgent now. The pages need to be written so that by changing one or two features (such as reseller ID and paypal button code) it can be replicated easily. These pages need to be completed and up and running without bugs, by then end of Sunday afternoon NZ time. There is the potential of ongoing contract work dependent upon the outcome of this project.
