Modifications to Microsoft Sharepoint Website - List

I have a basic sharepoint website. In this website I have a list of Articles with technical specification.
I need you to show me how to:
1) Enable file upload within the list for three different file uploads: Gerber Files (zip), Panel Drawing (PDF), Stencil File (ZIP)
2) I want to be able to share the individual list entry with a user so they can view the list entry and download files, I also want them to be able to upload the Stencil File, all other uploads are not enabled
3) When a stencil file is uploaded I need a workflow that informs two users that the file has been provided
4) I need the ability to have unlimited other attachments to the list entry, they should be listed under a field of "general attachments" and not in the list itself like the 3 uploads described in point 2
5) For every list entry detail page I need a "Project Clarification board" which is basically the newsfeed function that is used on the sample page
6) I need to be able to export the detail page of a tab to PDF with a single click
7) My list columns have a description that is shown during data entry (sharepoint default), however I also need this to be shown on the list entry view (no edit) for the users who can only view for example
