We are a social marketing agency , having a routers that is flashed with our own software like TP-LINK, and our problem is that when we broadcast our wifi signal as hotspot login in a resturant for example, when customers login and use the wifi , after the customer leave his phone idle for like 5 minutes or more , after that his mobile will get disconnected from the wifi signal and he wont receive any notification unless he open his mobile
So we need an Online IT to find a solution for us
