Good day to you.
Kindly note we are launching a new project for our Company, something like "Entertainer Application", we are a Tour Operator. Basically, we need a Mobile App for Android / IOS / IPAD "Will be linked later on our website after customizing our own Website". Below would be a quick overview of the required application:
Solution should include the below:
- Interfaces:
o Customer
o Vendor & Driver
o Admin
- Solution should include the below modules along with a cost breakdown:
o Discounted Vouchers
o E-commerce for online purchasing and Delivery
We don’t require any 3rd party integration as all Items will be delivered by our drivers.
o Website implementation for our App and to be synced with it.
There will be a Payment module, so customer can utilize their own credit card to purchase credit for his wallet or voucher.
We will have two App interfaces, "for our customers and our Vendors "Hotels / Restaurant / etc." We will have a primary category such as "Hotel Voucher, Trips Voucher, Food, etc" and sub-categories “Ex. Restaurant > Fine Dining, Dine out, etc.” We will categorize our customers based on Credit purchasing history for ex. "Silver, Gold, etc.".

- A Demo for one or two of your best projects that you have already done and is under operation preferred to be related to Vouchers / Online shopping, Application done for a client based in Qatar is a plus

- A reference check for this or another project “Preferred to be for a client based in Qatar”
- Please share a link for this APP so we can download and go through it before our meeting.
- Estimated Budget for each Module “Voucher / E-commerce / Website”
Notes:
- We have included below what we were thinking of, however, you can share with us best practice as you have experience in development.
- Mobile app to be developed in native mode only
- We are expecting a full solution from start to end from your side, please share with us what can you support in and what do you need us to support in “Ex. Server infrastructure, etc”.
- There will be Email campaigns for our customer regularly to all customers.
- There will be some data entry which can be done by importing a CSV file to the application.
- We are expecting the application to have to no users / vendors limit. And it should be scalable enough to meet the more customers without any hanging or performance issues.
- App should be able to have huge load and doesn’t hung up with a lot of user

• All application requirement including any Software / Hardware / Licenses / Systems / Customization /. Integration / Support / Annual maintenance contract required.
• What is required from our side
• Cost breakdown and total cost.
• Project Plan, Timeline and Milestone and its relation to Payment.
• Server requirement, where it will be hosted?
• Contract & NDA Template
• Prototype ”Design” to be ready after 2 weeks from our agreement in order for us to get contracts with our Vendors to be ready at the final stage
• Solution to include Security as our system will include (Customer’s data such as Credit card)
