Android App providing an REST API for Phone Information

I'm seeking a strong Android developer to create an application that will provide real-time information about the device including:

- GNSS Information in real-time, including latitude, longitude, altitude, and timestamp

- Mobile Status: The application should be able to tell if the device is connected to a network and provide operator and network information.

- currently authentication to the REST API on the phone is not required, as it will be a one2one connection.

The request to the phone must be like this:

GET https://[phoneIP]/api/v1/gnss

And the response should be

The thing: I need it immediately.

You must be able to start now and it must be ready at 7th of March at 9:00 GMT

Delivery will be the complete source code including the description how to install it and how to access it from the browser.
