Android activity with multiple sections

I need a simple project with 1 activity:
It should be a screen with multiple sections. Please see attached mockup for reference.
There are two sections in mockup that have arrows, it means that these are horizontal scroll sections.
Images should be pulled from a remote URL. You can use any free image platforms for that.
Every Item should include image, title and subtitle (highlighted with orange). If you click on item, it goes to new activity - it can be an empty activity or have just a title.
There is no need to prepare app for releasing, this is all I need.
