Help with menus appearing on multi-language site - repost

I've set-up a website in two languages - English & Chinese. The content, menus and menu associations have all been set up and language switcher module is working. The problem is that on chinese language there is not any navigation menu, as it appears on english language. For a expert its not not more then 30 minutes work
