We want a 300x250 animated banner ad that we will use to advertise across various sites. We want a high-res up-close image of the Earth on the right side of the ad (does not have to be the whole Earth, super-zoomed in is good) that can be either static or rotating slightly. We want the text to read “#1 enterprise work management solution on the PLANET!” with emphasis on the “#1” and then fading away to/leading to “Start a FREE 30-day trial today!” We also want our WorkView logo at the bottom of the ad. We envision the background to be blue like space – realistic like the photo of Earth, maybe with some star twinkling in the background but only if that doesn’t make it look too busy.
Our sales website is http://www.workview.com/ and I have attached our color guide for a feel of our general color scheme. I have added two versions of our logo – the icon and the full logo with our name included, but if you need a different format/size I can get those to you too.

how would you like the format to be? GIF or swf banner? and sometimes a site have specific max file size for banner, is there any file size requirement?
