Evaporator

Due to the acrylic acid you will have an azeotropic solution which will evaporate slowly. Vacuum is required and then you may need to add ethanol. The system itself is simple but requires prototyping and testing. The heater should be located at the center of the body and tank should be built around it for maximum heat efficiency. This will also allow you to pull out the disposable tank. I can build and test it for you delivering a working solution at $20 an hour not to exceed 30 hours and $200 for the parts.

this design is simple and should be very reliable. The challenge is in breaking the azeotrope and in ensuring that a minimal amount of the acrylic makes it back from the evaporator to the condenser

hard to say, I will need to experiment and optimize for the cost vs rate of evaporation, I will give you a range and you will need to determine how long of evaporation cycle you allow vs power of the heater and vacuum
