I need to show this video with red section showing headache in the back of the head and the front of the head and the neck. It needs be red color blur before she lays down. smooth shape semi transparetn.

When her neck touches the device on the ground, the red color (pain) needs to gradually turn into blue. Gradually, like in a wave. It needs to turn blue in a wave from the bottom back (neck) gradually up to the head like a beautiful graceful movement. To show how it eliminates headaches.

The colors overlapping the neck and head need to be semi transparent to show the hair and ear still.

The neck spine needs to be animated. It needs to move with the neck of the lady. the vertebrae need to be separated and show a small space between the segments and show how the vertebrae separate in the movement. I would also like to show the arrows animated and appear one by one from the front/bottom towards the back/top in a graceful smooth sequence.
