Project Title: Platform Recommendation for Content Sharing and NO Communication between members. But can communicate with me.

Description:
- The purpose of the platform is to share content with employees while ensuring they do not have direct communication or visibility of each other.
- The client is open to suggestions for specific features and functionalities for the platform.
- The preferred platform type is both web-based and mobile application.
- Also as cheap as possible as we would have approx. 50-100 members on it and prefer not to have to pay for each user if we can avoid it.
- THEY MUST be able to be notified when there is a new file / video to view also.
