Portrait comic drawing from a picture

I want one of the 2 pictures that I have attached to be drawn in a comic style in color and converted to vectors
Choose any photo you want from the 2. (but I prefer raluca 1).

- the picture should be stylish and not a caricature
- it should be simple but have enough details to be recognizable without any doubt
- the style should be disney, dreamworks, pixar ( no manga )
- put the colors it on a separate layer, please
