What is a great curriculum vitae (CV) without a bit of creativity?!

For a professional (in food, innovation, sustainability) I am looking for elements to personalize the CV by incorporating a few simple symbols / icons matching the different subjects:
- Personal motivation
- Deployment history
- References
- Education and training
- Patents and publications
- Hobbies/ social activities

My suggestion is a swift pen (or pencil) sketch in black ink on white background. Max width of the icon on A4-size CV 15mm.
