I need a onepage fully responsive website, it has to be in Wordpress. It is for an IT Service Company. Website has to be implemented on my hosting.

Requirements:
- Wordpress
-Fully responsive
- HTTPS Letsencrypt or other free ssl
- It needs to be implemented on my hosting.
- Dutch
- Company name: Green Levit (See attachment for Logo)

Website contains:
- Welcome -> Welkom

- Services, this has to be a design with 4 different options: Brons ,Zilver, Goud, Platina-> Diensten. (SEE attachment for an example) --> Diensten

- About us -> Over ons

-Contactform with recaptcha --> Contact
