Amigos del Aprendizaje (ADA for short, or translated: Friends of Learning) is a non-profit Costa Rican organization whose mission is to improve children's life-long learning opportunities, by motivating them to read and write for a purpose, in order to reduce high school dropout, break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and enable children to thrive.

After having the same logo for 21 years now, ADA is ready to rebrand themselves with a new logo.

ADA is looking for a new logo that contains two of the following characteristics:
1.) The name “ADA” in black or grey, with “Amigos del Aprendizaje” as a subtitle under it
2.) A graphic design icon (like a book for example) in one or more colors. In the past, they have used blue, yellow, orange and grey, but they are open to use new colors like pink/magenta and green.

For marketing purposes, the target audience of the logo includes elementary school teachers, mainly those working in the public sector, and donors including corporate partners, foundations and individuals.

See the attached logo below to reference their current logo. ADA would like to change the font they use and change or update their current graphic icon. They would like to see creative graphics that highlight the organization’s focus on reading for children in a fun and visually attractive way.
