I'm a Dutch Physio, Personal trainer and S&C coach for 'bout 20 years. In 2012 I set up a company called Performenz Institute in the Netherlands, specialized in: professional rehab, nutritional advice, weight loss, personal coaching or educating / training other personal trainers.
Our clients: 20-55 years - (personal) trainers, ladies and gents like to loose 3-5 kgs fat or more.
So nowadays I would like to continue our services partially online (!) : a platform for those seeking blogs or youtube movies about a healthy lifestyle, looking for a 4 or 5 star (rated) personal trainer or online personal training (with cms) or becoming a personal trainer with our personal training courses. This platform will be called '' Perform 7''

Why the name Perform7 ?

Perform7 symbolises :
personalising performance, 7 steps towards a perfect body or 7 disciplines for a healthy lifestyle
