Hello! We need a logo for our customer, IFYB, a Real Estate Investment company. We have an existing logo, of which we need to preserve the colors. The logo must give the idea of three-dimensionality and be more captivating.

LOGO SHOULD BE FLAT AND MINIMAL. Check the attachment for better instructions!

The final result must be PDF + SVG + PNG, and any font file (.TTF, .OTF) used must be provided as well. Not the name of the font, the actual font file.
