Hello everyone,

Maybe some of you already know me, as I'm quite active here recently. And again, I'm searching for some magic :)
I'm searching for someone who could create an graphic animation for me ...
Some details about it:
It's an combination of 2 things actually. The main problem is maybe that I cannot give you any measurements or sizes and I only have a slight idea of it and no clue if it can be realized.

Okay, so ..

You can see a blue circle animation around the person/streamer which makes the viewer think that the person is some kind of entering the playground through an wormhole or something like that :)

I need an similar animation but a bit differently.

What I need:
An animation where it looks like a bit of a water circle where these creatures (water devil) is moving a little bit around me (check clips for movement behavior)... so actually almost the same animation as the blue circle, but more like a water sea with these creatures in it and in the middle/centre the streamer.
