I want an experienced graphic designer to design a website with below specifications: (I need the whole website to be designed. Please read the details below. Thanks)
1. Its name is OceanBond ( I need logo)
2. It's a consultation platform in 5 specific fields which are A.Healthand medical B.Legal C.Financial D.Information Technology E.Art
3. Each field has many subdivisions that consultants are available to give consultations in each of them to the users
4. It would be a multilingual website
5. It should have booking system for users to book consultations
6. It should have dashboards for user, consultant, and Admin
7. It should have a great main page (index page)
8. It has to be responsive for all devices
9. It has to have sections required for a platform including login page, Registration page, Forget Password page, Change Password page, Contact Us, Footer and Header, Settings of the website

Really Surprised! With the selection process not sure what was the criteria.
In my point of view, the winning entry looks dated sort of a design that seems like built-in 90's.
I really suggest you relook into some articles of current web design standards.
Really sad about the company's brand presence.

I know I am a little late on this gig.
But still wanted to give it a try and see if I meet your requirements.
Please find my entry #195 - Attached 3 options for logos and a few pages done for the website.
Logo - Minimalist and modern approach to depict oceans tight-knit waves which conveys solid integrity of many elements. Personally, I prefer logo 01
Website - Clean, Simple, and Intuitive approach towards planing the UX and UI. The designed pages cover Homepage, Our Services, Individual Services page, Book A Consultation pages. The subcategories for the services section are not present in the designs but clearly understood. This is the very first cut and a lot can be tweaked to make it perfect.

For logo please use a red triangle with the OceanBond. Avoid using blue, grey and pink colours. You better use a combination of Red, Black and Teal colours along with a red triangle.

Hi buddy. Work on the other parts please. Your pages are good but need to have a unique combination of colours. For logo please use a red triangle with the OceanBond. Avoid using blue, grey and pink colours. You better use a combination of Red, Black and Teal colours along with a red triangle. Also use these colours combination in the website design.

146 is awesome. a few things: 1. Delete social media icons and contact onfo details from header.2. Have a sign in button beside register button in header. 3. Remove sign up and sign in links in header. 4 adjust the header background image colour so the flags of diffrenet countries can be seen clearly. The format of the first page is great and please when above items fixed start working on other pages.
