     The wood deck and concrete patio dimensions will not be necessary, I want the designer to come up with working dimensions for the basement under the deck. I can build whatever the architect designs.

  I do not have the topography, however, the dimensions are as follows, To the far side of each bay window the stemwall is 36" and the framing on top of the stem wall is 12' for a total height of 15'. The dimension obviously gets shorter towards the front door. The tallest height of the building where the garage door, and the exterior doors are, is 17'.

  Hi sir i'm interested in this project; i fixed the dimension 43'-7", but the floor plan is not complete we need the terrasse dimensions to replace it with a patio and the dimensions of the pool to add it in the 3d, and we need the heights (the house's height, the terrasse's hight and the basement height ...)

     The terrace or deck dimensions are not truly important because we will be removing and re-designing based on designers ideas. I do not have pool dimensions but I can post a google satellite image. I will get house heights later today.
