We need a webdesign for a menu, realized in HTML, CSS and Javascript/jQuery (if necessary).

The menu structure is:

5 Main-Menu items without submenu:
"Buchung"
"Check-I/O"
"Rechnung"
"Kunden"
"Preise"

5 Main-Menu-Items with submenus:
"Einstellungen"
- Submenu: "Schnellstart", "Allgemein", "E-Mail", "Benutzer", "Preiskategorien", "Zimmerkategorien", "Zimmergruppen", "Zimmer", "Dienstarten", "Lagerartikel", "Kassenbuch", "Lieferanten", "Aufgaben"

"Planung"
- Submenu: "Dienstplan", "Reinigungsplan", "Reinigung"

"Finanzen"
- Submenu: "Tagesabschluss", "Monatsabschluss"

"Info"
- Submenu: "Logbuch", "Chat"

"Statistiken"
- Submenu: "Auslastung"

The menu should also contain these widgets/elements:
- Home-Button
- Reload-button
- Save-button
- Print-button
- Logout-button
- Search-bar
- Chat-area that shows a text-field for inputting a chat-message + a HTML selection field that allows selection of recipient

The design should incorporate one of the attached logos.

The design should be responsive, that means usable on small screens (smartphones)

The target audience for the design are hotel owners and hotel employees. Therefore it should be a business-centric design.

For the competition, please also provide a screenshot on a PC and on a smartphone with the "Einstellungen" submenu opened.

General information for everybody:

Again, this is a contest for a menu (look above on the thing right beside the freelancer logo for an example)

- I do not need a fancy chat application that takes over the whole screen
- I do not need a background image
- I do not need a flashy design for teenaged Pokemon users

I need a serious, business-centric menu that leaves enough space for the actual site contents (please leave empty, don't bother with background images).

It can be on the top or on the side, there are no strict requirements on that decision. It should look good, but still leave enough space for the real content. Basically choose what you think looks best, be it on the top or on the side.

You want that this menu will be on the top of webpage in horizonatal mode? I think may be this can be comfortable on the left or right side in vertical mode because items are more and it can't be located on the one line, example all buttons with searchbar can be on the top part and menu items can be on the leftbar or rightbar, what you think?
