Studio Apartment
Hello, this is my proposition for your studio apartment. Stairs and some details were left out for the sake of simplicity. Also used generic walls, and the dimensions provided. The bedroom is kept private and has existing windows to benefit of natural lighting and ventilation, and I tried to keep the kitchenette close to the bathroom without blocking access to it, while putting furniture in between. Included are two views (2D/3D). I hope it solves your problem.
