I have an American barn built.

The top floor is a studio apartment.

I need some ideas for how to arrange the kitchen lounge area / bathroom and bedroom now the area has been constructed.

The studio must be modern and open plan - have a bedroom / living area / kitchen / bathroom / somewhere to eat

I have ideas for the colour schemes and how I would like it to look but not sure how to arrange the various spaces.

Please look through uploaded files to see sizes and ideas of visual look i would like to achieve.

I have taken some of these from pinterest to get the theme. Would like to see suspended fireplace somewhere too.

1) Current actual outside view of the barn
2) Floor plan of the studio apartment mezzanine - ignore the mudroom / storage - it needs to be rearranged
3) Picture of how i would like to see bathroom
4) Kitchen colour design example
5) How the open plan bedroom may look
6) How the ceiling will look with cedar panelling
7) Currently how it looks with framing
8) Velux windows will be placed in the ceiling either 4 or 6.

We can add in more windows if desired

Look forward to seeing some flair and ideas.
