  I am so sorry if you feel that way. There is no intention for doing getting upset people. I cannot chat with you unles we work on a project this is very odd. You can't chat with contesters but if there is anyone you work on a project before you can talk. This is bad. This so bad. Once again. I am sorry guys. Next time I will be careful. You can check my feedbacks. This is first time I have ever do this and there won't be second time. Sorry again. I am very upset about this.

  You get me wrong :( He submitted his work to me at the end of the contest and I reviewed his design. Than we decided to extended contest > I paid 14 USD to extended contest than he submitted his design and I selected him as winner. I never mean to waste your time for anything. I spend about 100 USD for this.
