We need a UI designer to design an awesome responsive website. Our requirement is to create new, responsive layouts and designs for our small website http://thankship.com. The output should be in bootstrap template with HTML5, CSS3, JQuery files. All the Back-end work (MYSQL and PHP) will be handled by us so you just need to focus on UI and Design.

References: This is just for reference. Please visit actual website for details. You must share your best design.
1. Theme of website should be like Facebook.
2. We like UI design of https://www.change.org/

Conditions: You must agree to all conditions.
1. All web pages should be delivered in HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery format using Bootstrap template.
2. Bootstrap template must have common features e.g. calendar with date time, color bar notifications for alerts/error/warnings.
3. Template should be responsive and should work on Tab & on all mobile browsers. UAT will be done on Safari and Chrome.
4. You are contracted to develop this app and you will not share the details to anyone. Also, you’ll give us complete ownership for the work and will not make any claims on it. You’ll not use this codebase in your projects and will not share this codebase with others. You & any person connected to you will not start business on this/similar idea. If any of above conditions is not honored, you will pay all the damages to thankship.com without question.
5. You will not request for any payment before UAT project.
6. Project should be completed in agreed no. of days.
7. Freelancer shall accept unlimited design revisions without increasing the price.
