Please create for me a 12 inch x 8 inch horizontal sign. I will need it in both psd and ai files IF POSSIBLE

The design of the sign will need to be on the top 12 inches by 6 ½ inches with the bottom 1 ½ inches being solid black.

I will upload our logo and the picture of 5 chocolate covered pretzels to use.

I will also upload a picture with the file titled "$4 price tag jpeg". This is ONLY AN EXAMPLE of the general style that I’m looking for. I really like the melted chocolate look on the top and bottom.
