We are a Facebook group (not a business) for aerial photography enthusiasts... specifically stitched compositions such as "tiny planets" and 360 degree photos. You can check out our group here to get an idea of what it's about:

We have decided to start running a monthly contest, where our members submit their work and we select a winner to be used as the 'cover photo' for the group. We need a graphic promotion made with the basics of the contest, and to be eye-catching and vibrant and engaging...we want this to get people excited!

We will provide several high quality photos to the chosen applicant that may be used at the designer's discretion. For now, feel free to use any content within the group for your submissions.

INFO THAT MUST BE INCLUDED:
-The fact that this is a monthly cover-art contest
-Cutoff is Midnight on the last day of the month
-One submission per person each month
-'POST YOURS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW'
(Word everything how you like, the capitals were just for emphasis and an example)

We will likely need you to update this artwork on a periodic basis with content themes and to reflect various seasons & holidays. So please impress us, and this very well could be a long term relationship! Good Luck

And we eventually got to the final revised product, which is very good. Unfortunately the communication didn't go smoothly, and repeated requests for simple basic changes either were misunderstood or ignored. This was frustrating.”
