Hope the changes meet your requirements, I have removed all the effects and extra colors, removed the winged subtext and also made Bllion bold. Please rate and give feedback, feel free to ask for further revisions.

Definitely sir, just accept the entry as winner and I willl transfer the raw files. And no I am not using any font for making the "b" sign. The font for "Bllion" is Champagne & Limousines.

also, if you are using a certain font to create the actual blue sign, please let me know what font type it is for future reference

looks fine - I don't like the current font - but I can probably change that on my own. Can you send me the logo in both PSD and Illustrator vector format? I might want to change the color so make sure it is possible to do.
