Design a Logo for a Newspaper Company

Here's my second alternative for the logo. i combine boat shape and feathers as the sail, this feathers symbolizes a pen, symbol for writing that very commonly indentified with news. Let me know if yo u like one of my design in case you have some input :). Thanks!
