You'll need to design a small flyer as an invitation to a conference. Size of the flyer needs to be 8.5"x5.5", front and back in color, horizontal orientation, 300dpi and print read. Front in English, back in Russian. Don't worry, we'll provide all information in both languages so you don't need to concern yourself with translation. We'll also provide the graphic scheme for our conference for you to use and the requirements in a word doc. Along with the design, you'll need to provide all Illustrator/Photoshop files.
