Flyer needs to be A4 in size and aimed at gyms.

Flyer is to contain the following information:
- Event name: The Push-Up Challenge
- Event goal: 3,128 push-ups in 3 weeks
- Event dates: 8 - 28 July 2018
- The slogan: Push for better
- The words: Get fit, have fun, learn about mental health

It should contain the following:

Get your gym involved today
- No cost and very easy to get involved;
- Fitness based event;
- Fosters a community environment;
- Gives your people something new to be a part of;
- Allows your people to learn about mental health.

Also include the 'black dog' logo somewhere on the flyer (this must have a white background) with the supporting text: "The Push-Up Challenge is proudly supporting The Black Dog Institute"

Use the attached stock images of mine (please don't use my images elsewhere) or use your own - however you must have permission to use them for this purpose.

Note the colour scheme in the attached and also the website: www.thepushupchallenge.com.au
