     What i do is rate each design during the design process. Once the contest is over i rate the designs again and try to remove duplicates. For example, If you submit all the photos within one entry, i will rate that entry with a true rating. But, if you submit each photo individually, than i will give that photo a 1 star rating, after the contest has ended. I do this because i'm trying to narrow the designs down to the top 8. I then use those top 8 designs to create a poll and then i send the poll off to my customers. My customers are the ones that pick the final designs. The problem is when the freelancer decides to seal there entry. This is a problem because freelancer will not allow my customers to rate a design that has been sealed by the designer.

     Sorry that you feel that way, but that's just the way it is. No matter how good your design is, some people will like it and some will not. You should not put any blame on the contest holder as he is entitled to his own opinion just like the rest of us. :)
